- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Duane Snyder, Dr. Elizabeth Hetrick and their staff are welcoming and pleasant making my experience worth the 35-40 minute drive from my home in Williamsville! Both Doctors spent the time to hear my vision concerns and working with me to give me the best results for both my contacts and glasses. I am very pleased with every aspect! Jennifer was so very helpful with choosing the right glasses for me and spending time to adjust them perfectly, she also helped to work with my various insurance policies to get the best deals. Anita was very patient and sweet as she also tackled the insurance benefits to make sure I received all I was entitled to.
